Returns

Our return policy lasts for 7 days from the receipt of your goods. If more than 7 days have passed since you received your items, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

  • Final Sales: All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. If you need to cancel your order, a 5% processing fee will apply.
  • Sale Items and Gift Cards: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations

  • Order Processing: Once your order has been processed, including verification, assembly, quality check, and packaging, cancellations will no longer be accepted.
  • Pre-Processing Cancellations: If your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel and receive a full refund. To cancel, email us at officialeshopsworld@outlook.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Include your order number and reason for cancellation.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any issues:

  • Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Items: Report any defects, damages, or incorrect items within 3 days of receipt with photo proof to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
  • Mishandling: We are not liable for mishandling or misuse of products.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom products (special orders, personalized items)
  • Personal care items (beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the unwanted item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • Approval: We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Processing Time: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at officialeshopsworld@outlook.com.
